Believe it or not there is a way to stop violence without the use of violence. We need learners and teachers. Learners who master real, non-violent self defense skills that handle physical attacks and neutralize fear.

Teachers who can help us train enough Stocktonian's to reach the “critical mass” needed in our city to change the way we deal with conflict and stress.

In eight weeks, 16 lessons expect to integrate positive principles with practical non-violent self defense techniques that apply to all types of conflict and stress.

Once you graduate, teach your family and friends. The techniques are non competitive and do not require extra strength or speed. They embrace our instinct for safety and bring forth our internal strength.

“Aikido is love in the face of violence.”
