The Tigers improve to 4-5 on the season while the Chippewas fall to 1-6 after the loss. Sophomore forward Ali Campos struck for two goals to extend her season total to nine while freshman Alicia Muiños and sophomores Leah Cofer and Kyleigh Morrison scored goals for the Orange and Black. The win represented the first for the Tigers on their new Edel Grass playing surface, officially commemorating a new era for the program.
