The Stockton Thunder, a two time recipient of the ECHL “Award of Excellence,” announced its 2013-14 regular season schedule today and will raise its 2013 Western Conference championship banner on Opening Night, Saturday, Oct. 19 at 7:30 p.m. against the Colorado Eagles at Stockton Arena.

UCP Receives Grant from Stockton Rotary

United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of San Joaquin, Calaveras, and Amador Counties is the recipient of a $3,000 grant from Stockton Rotary Club. This generous grant will enable UCP to continue remodeling the kitchen at its Benjamin Holt Adult Day Center program, one of its many programs for adults and children with cerebral palsy.

Light Up Downtown!

Downtown Stockton Alliance Installs LED Lights on Weber Avenue

Some cities, like Sacramento or San Diego, create more festive and welcoming atmosphere by brightening up streets with LED lights installed on trees or structures. To light up our downtown, DSA's Board of Directors set aside funds for purchase and installation of lights on Weber Avenue.  22 trees between El Dorado and Sutter Streets are currently decorated with long lasting LED strings.
