West Nile Virus Infection Detected in San Joaquin County

San Joaquin County health officials urge caution

San Joaquin County Health Officer, Dr. Karen Furst, confirmed that a 65 year old male living in Stockton is the first human with West Nile Virus (WNV) infection in San Joaquin County this year. The man has been reported as an asymptomatic blood donor.
