The goal is to empower participants to make positive changes and choices that create healthier environments for themselves, their families and the community.

We have planned a fun-filled day of outstanding speakers, healthy food, and physical activity demonstrations! A Youth Smoothie Contest will give local high school students the opportunity to create and submit a healthy smoothie recipe that, if selected as a finalist, will be sampled and voted on by the audience.
