TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Interstate 5 from state route 4/Crosstown Freeway to Fremont St. in Stockton

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will restrict lanes and ramps on Interstate 5 (I-5) from State Route 4 (SR-4)/Crosstown Freeway to Fremont Street for bridge work. No two consecutive ramps will close at the same time. Work will occur as follows:

-  The southbound connector ramp from I-5 to SR-4/Crosstown Freeway will close on Tuesday, January 7, 2014, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.;
-  The southbound on-ramp from Fremont Street to I-5 will close on Tuesday, January 7, 2014, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.;
-  The southbound auxiliary lane from Fremont Street to SR-4/Crosstown Freeway will close on Tuesday, January 7, 2014, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
-  Motorists should expect 5 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.
