The City of Stockton Office of Violence Prevention (OVP) invites the community to learn more about OVP’s work and the positive steps they take toward reducing violent crime locally. Data and Donuts will be held Friday, May 31, 2019, from 9 – 11 a.m. at Van Buskirk Community Center, 734 Houston Ave. This public presentation focuses on actual data and statistics and is open to anyone interested in violence reduction.
“Data and Donuts welcomes everyone who wants current information on the efforts of the Office of Violence Prevention,” said OVP Manager LaTosha Walden. “We hope to reach more members of the community with each presentation we give, sharing statistics and interventions against violent crime. The more we can learn from each other, the more we can make a difference in the lives of those at risk, their families, and the community.”
