The San Joaquin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will host its 4th Annual Business Forecast Conference on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at the Robert Cabral Agricultural Center. The conference is designed to help local businesses better prepare for what to anticipate from the economy in 2014.
The program will feature keynote speakers Michael Stead, Director of Capitol Markets for Bank of the West and Jeffrey Michael, Director of the Business Forecasting Center for University of the Pacific. The forum will also feature a question and answer session with a panel from different sectors of local business. Panelists will discuss how the economy has impacted their decision making processes, changing regulatory factors and what opportunities can be found during the next year. Panelists to include Greenlaw “Fritz” Grupe, Chairman of the Grupe Companies and Lisa Blanco-Jimenez, principal at Neumiller & Beardslee and the chair of the firm’s Employment Law Group.

Cost for the event is $75 per person.
