Art lovers, writers, and supporters of student creativity are invited to step into five decades of imagination and expression when Muse: Calliope at 55 opens at the Reynolds Gallery. The exhibition marks the first-ever retrospective of Calliope, the arts and literary journal of the University of the Pacific, celebrating its 55-year legacy of student storytelling, art, and design.

This Tuesday, residents, team members, and family at Oakmont of Brookside will come together to celebrate Dr. Lykins’ extraordinary birthday and a legacy that spans more than a century.

Food lovers across the region are invited to grab a seat at the table as Stockton Restaurant Week makes its much-anticipated return January 16 through January 25. Now in its 16th year, the 10-day celebration shines a spotlight on Stockton’s vibrant and diverse culinary scene with special fixed-price menus offered at restaurants throughout the city.
Dozens of Stockton families experienced an early holiday boost thanks to a generous community donation led by Sepulveda Sanchez Accident Lawyers in partnership with Stockton 209 Cares, a local nonprofit serving underserved families across San Joaquin County.
San Joaquin County is strengthening its commitment to keeping children safe on local roadways thanks to a $271,441 grant awarded by the California Office of Traffic Safety to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Safe Kids Coalition. The funding will support the County’s Child Passenger Safety Program from October 2025 through September 2026 .
