A new kind of fall festival is coming to downtown Stockton this October, bringing together books, independent film, food, cosplay and pop culture in one all-day event. The GRIM Festival: Books, Bites & Flicks will take place Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Weber Point Events Center, 221 N. Center Street in Stockton.

University of the Pacific students will soon be returning to Stockton for a new academic year, and the Miracle Mile is preparing to welcome them back with a community-wide celebration. Tigers Prowlin' The Mile will take place Friday, August 21, from 6 to 9 p.m. along Stockton's Miracle Mile, bringing together Pacific students, faculty, staff, local businesses and residents for an evening designed to strengthen the connection between the university and the surrounding community.
