It’s time to sign up for the 5K “Run for Water” on Saturday, August 16th at University Park, Stockton. $25 for runners and walkers, $20 per person for teams of 5 or more, and $5 for the kid’s ¼ mile run. All 5K runners and walkers will receive a custom tech shirt and a chance to win great prizes. Proceeds benefit the Bear Creek Water Project.Bear Creek Water is a continuous project to save the lives of children through raising money by recycling plastic bottles and aluminum cans to cover the cost of digging wells in third world countries.
