The city of Stockton, California has widespread poverty and financial troubles that have decreased its residents’ quality of life for a number of years. Children growing up in the city’s neighborhoods are under the constant influence of gang activity, and there is little they can do to change that reality. This is a story about one man making a difference by investing love into his community.
