Due to a shortage of attorneys available for The San Joaquin County Bar Association’s Lawyers in the Library free public legal clinics, the remaining scheduled 2019 clinics will not take place. The clinics are generally held monthly and rotate among libraries in Stockton, Lodi, and Tracy. The San Joaquin County Bar Association remains committed to providing access to legal services, and will communicate information about new programs coming in 2020.
