(Visionary Home Builders), a Stockton nonprofit, is the recipient of two Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (FHLBank San Francisco) Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants, totaling $1,080,000. These grants are a result of the Bank’s submission of grant applications on their behalf.
