Join St. Joseph's Medical Center for Stockton’s farm-to-fork event on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at the Lincoln Farmhouse in Brookside. "Farm to Heart” will benefit the Hybrid Suite project at St. Joseph's Medical's Heart Center. Only locally grown produce will be served family style under the glow of the stars and market lights. Enjoy a Farmer’s Market themed cocktail hour, live entertainment by the Jay Rolerz band, dancing and a live auction.
