The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will alternately close the northbound and southbound on and off-ramps on Interstate 5 from Hammer Lane to Alpine Avenue for highway construction. Work is scheduled for Wednesday, May 25, 2016, through Friday, May 27, 2016 from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. Motorists should expect 10 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/ or materials and construction related issues.
