Lincoln Center Launches Scholarship Program for Local Students

With assistance from the San Joaquin County Office of Education, Lincoln Center has formed its very own scholarship program! The shopping center will award scholarships to local students with funds raised from their LIVE! At Lincoln Center Classic Car Show. Three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors graduating in the class of 2014. All high school seniors with a GPA of 3.0 or higher enrolled in a school in San Joaquin County (public, charter, private, etc.), can apply for the scholarship.

“We’re thrilled to be able to give back to the community in this way,” said Janelle Nelson, Marketing Director for Lincoln Center. “Thanks to everyone who registered their car in our Classic Car Show this year, three deserving students will receive scholarships to further their education. We hope many students apply!”

Visit the Lincoln Center's website for more information and to download the application. Applications are due by January 6, 2014.
