NASCAR is Going Green! For every green flag thrown at a race in September at the 99 Speedway, NASCAR makes a donation to the organization chosen by Tony and Carol Nocetti. Things are getting a lot greener at the San Joaquin County Fairground thanks to the Nocetti’s designating the Fairgrounds as this year’s recipient of a generous donation of $10,000 work of trees.
The trees were purchased locally from Port of Stockton Nursery with planting to begin next week.
The World of Outlaws race, “The Greatest Show on Dirt” debuts at the San Joaquin Fairgrounds on Friday, March 22. The San Joaquin Fair returns June 12-16.
