San Joaquin County Public Library Fall/Winter Programs

CITIZENSHIP AND NATURALIZATION AT THE MARGARET K. TROKE BRANCH LIBRARY

Are you interested in completing the process for United States Citizenship or have family members who are? On Saturday, November 12, 2016, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. the Margaret K. Troke Branch Library presents “Citizenship and Naturalization.”

Community Relations Officer, Vilaysay “Sai” Chang, from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, will present a naturalization information session for legal permanent residents and interested naturalization applicants.
Topics covered at this FREE session will include:

  • The Naturalization Process
  • The Naturalization Test
  • Rights and Responsibilities of U.S. Citizenship

DECORATE HOLIDAY CUPCAKES AT THE MARGARET TROKE BRANCH LIBRARY

On Thursday, December 8, at 6 p.m., the Troke Branch Library presents Decorate Holiday Cupcakes.  Add some fun to your winter holiday and decorate cupcakes at the library! Learn easy techniques for decorating cupcakes using frosting, candies, cookies, fondant and more. Compete in our "cupcake war" for a chance to win a prize!  All materials supplied.  This program is fun for all ages.

Stribley Community Center and Library presents The Magic of Timothy James

On Thursday, December 22, at 2:30 p.m., the Stribley Community Center and Library presents The Magic of Timothy James.  Join us at the Stribley Branch Library and experience The Magic of Timothy James, featuring family friendly comedy, audience participation, and sleight of hand.

This free program is provided through the generosity of the Friends of the Stockton Library.  The Stribley Library is a part of the Stockton-San Joaquin County Public Library and is located at 1760 E. Sonora Street in Stockton.
