Caltrans will be resurfacing the roadway from Hammer lane over crossing to the Sacramento county line. On and off-ramps within this stretch will also be resurfaced. No two consecutive ramps will close at the same time. Construction will generally take place Sunday-Friday 8pm-6am.
All access to businesses and residences will remain open during construction. Local property owners and the traveling public may experience lane closures, traffic delays or in some cases detours for necessary construction improvements. You may also experience typical construction related noise during scheduled working hours.
Traffic detour information will be made available prior to closures to ensure the traveling and impacted public are aware and can adjust their travel plans accordingly. This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/or materials and construction related issues.
