Carlos has past experience as a food and beverage manager at a
hotel in Puerto Rico, and Ae has worked in the restaurant industry in
New York City. Ae's family owns The Thai House in Modesto. Ae's
aunt is the head cook at Thai Me Up, applying their family recipes to
their food items. Ae and Carlos invite you to enjoy their "authentic Thai
food, honest cooking and wholesome ingredients in a comfortable
