It was a night to remember at the pitch as over 1,100 passionate fans packed the stands to witness Stockton Cargo SC close out their undefeated regular season with a dominant 3-0 victory over San Juan SC, securing the USL W League NorCal Division title in style.
From the opening whistle, the hometown heroes wasted no time making their presence known. Just six minutes in, Taylor Curtis delivered a laser-accurate corner kick to Alexis Pashales, who coolly buried it for the early lead. The stadium had barely settled when Pashales struck again in the 10th minute, pouncing on a loose ball in the box to double the advantage and electrify the crowd.
The celebration didn’t stop there. In the 34th minute, Sam Tristan found the back of the net for her fourth goal of the season, sealing the deal and sending fans into a frenzy. (📸 Photo: Sam Tristan watches her shot sail past the San Juan keeper – Courtesy @dj_jod)
But it wasn’t just the offense that dazzled. Goalkeeper Amanda Leal and the rock-solid Cargo defense delivered their fourth consecutive clean sheet, extending their shutout streak to an impressive 401 minutes — nearly five full matches without conceding a goal.
With this victory, Stockton Cargo SC finishes the regular season with a stellar 10-0-2 record, earning 32 points — a new record for the NorCal Division of the USL W League.
