Stockton Cargo SC Star Named NorCal Division Player of the Year and Earns Spot on 2025 All-USL W First Team

In a historic moment for Stockton Cargo SC, midfielder Mika Sayfurahman has been named the USL W League NorCal Division Player of the Year and selected to the 2025 All-USL W League First Team—a first in club history.

Sayfurahman was a driving force behind Stockton’s undefeated regular season (10-0-2), leading the team to its first-ever NorCal Division Title and playoff appearance. She led the squad in all major offensive categories—6 goals, 5 assists, and 1,180 minutes played—starting every match of the 14-game campaign, including two playoff games.

A standout talent from Cal State East Bay, Sayfurahman ranks 9th in all-time goals for the Pioneers and was previously named to the NCAA Division II All-Region Team. Her soccer journey began early—at just 13 years old, she proudly represented Afghanistan in the South Asian Football Federation Championship as a member of their Women’s National Team.

With this groundbreaking achievement, Sayfurahman not only sets a new standard for Stockton Cargo SC but also raises the bar for aspiring athletes across the Central Valley.
