University California Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners of San Joaquin County partners with the Emergency Food Bank offer FREE gardening classes to the community

The UCCE Master Gardeners of San Joaquin County have partnered with the Emergency Food Bank Stockton/San Joaquin to host two FREE “hands-on” specialty gardening classes for the community. Classes take place at the Emergency Food Bank Community Garden.

Both classes will focus on how to prune fruit trees.  The first class will take place Saturday, November 4th at 10am with the second class scheduled on Saturday, November 18th at 10am.  Participants are encouraged to bring hand pruning tools to learn and have hands-on experience pruning small fruit trees, grapes, citrus trees and roses.
