Collins Electrical Company, Inc. Announces Academy of Electrical Contracting Induction of Co-CEO Brian Gini

Collins Electrical Company, Inc. proudly announces that Co-Chief Executive Officer Brian Gini has been inducted into the prestigious Academy of Electrical Contracting, one of the highest honors in the electrical construction industry. His induction took place during the NECA 2025 Convention in Chicago, where he joined an elite group of leaders recognized for their significant contributions to electrical contracting.

Established in 1968, the Academy honors individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service, leadership, and dedication to advancing the union electrical industry. Fellowship is not only a recognition of past accomplishments but also a commitment to continued service to NECA and the profession.

Brian began his career at Collins Electrical as a laborer and advanced through roles as Project Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Modesto Branch Manager, before becoming a stockholder, Vice President, and member of the Board of Directors in 1999. In 2019, he was appointed Co-CEO, continuing the legacy of leadership within the Gini family.

Beyond his work at Collins, Brian has continually championed modernization and cooperation across the electrical contracting industry. He has served as a Chapter Board Member since 2008, Vice President, and currently serves as Chapter President of NorCal NECA, a role he has held since 2021. Known for referring to fellow contractors as his “NECA Family,” Brian is widely respected for his collaborative and inclusive leadership style. Beyond his industry leadership, Brian serves on local boards and personally supports charitable organizations throughout the region.

“Seeing Brian join our father Eugene, myself and our colleague David Helsel in the Academy is incredibly meaningful. It is a rare honor that reflects the enduring legacy of leadership within Collins Electrical.” said Kevin Gini, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Collins Electrical Company, Inc.
