Yoga with a dancing bear? A giant roller coaster of kid yogis? Welcome to Yogarama: A Kids Yoga & Musical Experience, hosted by popular children’s artist and kids’ yoga instructor Bari Koral! Join Bari on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 10 a.m. at the University Park World Peace Rose Garden and get your flex on!
Bari and kids will take a trip to the moon, grow from seeds into apple trees, hang upside down like bats and relax in the garden as they bring the fun into yoga. Stretch, play and rock out to Bari’s award-winning band. Children will learn how to calm, soothe and focus themselves with relaxation games and easy breathing tools. It’s guaranteed to be an incredibly fun yoga experience!
Bring a yoga mat or blanket and get ready to rock out and stretch to Bari’s tunes as you learn best yoga practices catered specifically to kids.

Following Sunday’s yoga session, Bari will host a yoga teacher workshop at Central Methodist Nursery School. Beginning at 1 pm, early educators and yoga instructors will learn teaching practices and tips on how to incorporate yoga for children in their home, classroom, or studio!
