Grab your costumes, your candy buckets, and your best dance moves — Delta College’s Fierce’s Fall Fest is back, and this year it’s bigger, bolder, and packed with K-Pop energy!
The free community trick-or-treat and fall festival happens Friday, October 17, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Dolores Huerta Plaza and throughout Delta’s Stockton campus. Parking and admission? Both free!
A Festival With a Fierce Twist
Hosted (and slightly ghosted) by Delta’s beloved mascot Fierce the Mustang, this year’s theme — “Fierce’s Fall Fest in CTE-Land” — transforms the campus into a high-energy K-Pop universe where “career heroes” battle the demons of fear, hesitation, and self-doubt. Armed with knowledge, skills, and courage, these heroes show that the ultimate superpower is education.
Families can look forward to:
🎭 A costume parade and contest
💃 A K-Pop dance party
🍬 Mountains of candy for trick-or-treaters of all ages
Fun Meets the Future
While kids collect candy, adults can discover how Delta’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs help students launch high-demand, high-paying careers right here in the Central Valley. Many of these programs have helped graduates double or even triple their income after earning their certificate or degree.
“This year’s K-Pop ‘Demon Hunters’ theme makes it even more exciting — it’s all about courage, resilience, and leveling up your skills,” said Sokun Somsack, Director of Delta’s Strong Workforce Program. “Whether you’re training for your first career mission or powering up for the next one, Delta College is here to help you unleash your inner hero.”
Explore, Learn, and Level Up
Delta’s career education spans dozens of fields — from healthcare, agriculture, and business to law, the arts, and cutting-edge trades. You can explore all career pathways online at deltacollege.edu/explore.
And for those already inspired, open registration for Spring Semester begins October 27 — the perfect time to start your next adventure.
