Smooth jazz, soul and R&B will fill Stockton's downtown waterfront when the 4th Annual Jazz on the Water Festival returns to Weber Point Events Center on Saturday, September 12, 2026.
This year's festival will be headlined by acclaimed R&B and soul singer Leela James, with a lineup that also includes Dee Lucas, James “PJ” Spraggins, Joel Del Rosario, Blair Bryant, Gino Rosaria and Marcel Anderson.
General admission doors open at 1 p.m., with the show scheduled to begin at approximately 1:45 p.m. VIP guests will be admitted beginning at noon.
