San Joaquin County Property Tax Bills Now Available Online and by Mail

San Joaquin County Treasurer-Tax Collector Phonxay Keokham, CPA, announced that property tax bills for the 2025–2026 fiscal year have been mailed to all county property owners.

If you own property in San Joaquin County and haven’t received your bill by November 10, 2025, you can easily access it online at sjcttc.org or contact the Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office at 44 N. San Joaquin Street, Suite 150, Stockton, or by calling (209) 468-2133.

“Even if a bill doesn’t arrive in the mail, it’s still the property owner’s responsibility to make timely payments,” Keokham reminded residents.

Important Payment Deadlines

  • First Installment: Due November 1, 2025
    Delinquent after 5 p.m. on December 10, 2025 — a 10% penalty will apply.

  • Second Installment: Due February 1, 2026
    Delinquent after 5 p.m. on April 10, 2026 — a 10% penalty plus a $10 late notice fee will apply.

Both installments can be paid together when the first installment is due.

Convenient Payment Options

The County recommends paying online at sjcttc.org or by phone at (877) 777-3839.

  • E-Check payments are free of charge.

  • Credit or debit card payments include a small convenience fee.

Payments can also be mailed to:
SJC TTC, P.O. Box 2169, Stockton, CA 95201-2169
(Be sure your payment is USPS postmarked by the due date to avoid penalties.)

In-person payments are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office. The office will stay open until 5:00 p.m. on December 10, 2025, and April 10, 2026, to accommodate last-minute payments.
