Yosemite Street Village is getting ready to welcome neighbors, families, local businesses, and community leaders for its 7th Annual Yosemite Street Village National Night Out, a free family event celebrating safety, connection, and local pride.
The event will take place Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Yosemite Street between Acacia and Poplar.
This year’s celebration promises an evening filled with music, food, activities, and community spirit. Guests can enjoy live music, food and drink specials from businesses on the block, free kids’ activities, local resource booths, community partner activities, demonstrations, a plant swap, and a free watermelon eating contest. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a lawn chair and settle in for a fun night with friends and neighbors.
Now in its seventh year, the Yosemite Street Village National Night Out has continued to grow thanks to the people who show up, volunteer, and believe in building a stronger neighborhood. The event is designed to bring residents, businesses, organizations, and local leaders together in a welcoming environment where families can connect, learn about community resources, and enjoy an evening of positive activity.
