Biggest Loser - Day: 7  It's Monday and I've been on this diet for one week and I love my scale!  It shows that I've lost 10 pounds!

OK, so I've never been called that -- at least that I want to remember -- but I could have been called that throughout most of my life. Thoughts for Day 5 but day 1 of this blog.
