San Joaquin Delta College is searching for a member of the public who is active in a senior citizen’s organization to serve on a committee for the College’s taxpayer-funded Measure L bond.

Leadership Stockton, a program of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce, is proud to announce the graduation of the Class of 2019 and the completion of their yearlong A.C.H.I.E.V.E. (A Child’s Healing Is Ending Violence Eternally) Project at the Women’s Center Youth & Family Services Greenhouse.  The Chamber is proud of their hard work and dedication to making Stockton a better place to live.  This project is a great example for the community to show what a group of people can get accomplished when they work together.  The Class of 2019 was recognized for their great work Thursday, June 13^th at the Leadership Stockton Class of 2019 Graduation Dinner.

San Joaquin Superior Court is pleased to announce the restoration of the Clerk’s Office hours. Beginning Monday, July 1, 2019, the Clerk’s Office and phones hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except Court holidays).

San Joaquin Delta College Board of Trustees has entered into contract discussions with Dr. Omid Pourzanjani to become the next District Superintendent/President.  The projected starting date for the new Superintendent/President is before the beginning of Fall Semester 2019.

The Board of Directors is very pleased to announce that Mary Ann Lucero has accepted the position of CEO at the Emergency Food Bank of Stockton/San Joaquin (Food Bank). Mary’s first day at the Food Bank was May 13, 2019.
