St. Joseph’s Community Grants Program supports community-based organizations that provide services in communities of concern. The program supports organizations attempting to address the underlying causes of illness such as lack of access to primary and preventive care, obesity/diabetes, substance use, youth growth & development, access to housing, mental health, as well as violence and injury.
