Fight fans, get ready. The roar of the crowd, the crack of gloves, and the surge of adrenaline are coming back to Stockton as Matchroom Boxing brings an explosive night of world-class action to the Adventist Health Arena on Saturday, December 13, 2025 — featuring five championship bouts, including hometown hero Gabriel “Gabe” Flores Jr. in a career-defining title fight.

A Hometown Warrior’s Biggest Test

Stockton’s own Gabriel Flores Jr. (27-2, 8 KOs) returns to the ring riding a six-fight win streak and a #4 world ranking with the WBO. He’ll face off against Joe Cordina (18-1, 9 KOs) — a former IBF 130-lb champion ranked #6 by the WBO — in a WBO International Lightweight Title showdown that could catapult the winner into a 2026 world title opportunity.

“I’m fired up and ready to put on the best performance of my career right here in Stockton,” said Flores Jr. “There’s nothing like fighting in front of my hometown crowd.”

Cordina, confident and laser-focused, fired back: “He talks the talk — let’s see if he can walk the walk. I’m coming to America to make a statement.”

Five Title Fights. One Epic Night.

The December 13 card is stacked top to bottom with heavy-hitting talent and international title implications. Headlining the event is Los Angeles’ rising star Diego Pacheco (24-0, 18 KOs), who takes on unbeaten Kevin Lele Sadjo (26-0, 23 KOs) in a WBC Silver & WBO International Super-Middleweight main event. Both fighters are ranked in the top ten globally — and both are gunning for a 2026 world title shot.
