That is the message behind the Ready Together Community Block Party, a free disaster-preparedness resource fair coming to Stockton on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at El Concilio California’s Stockton II Opportunity Center, 224 S. Sutter Street.
